The Affordable Homes Act enabled a massive opportunity to increase housing across Massachusetts. However, one of the many overlooked obstacles to creating more housing is the pre-construction and planning process. The default option to date is arduous and antiquated. Having to gather multiple stakeholders to simply evaluate a property can dissuade even the most ambitions plans.

We built our housing solutions tool to consolidate, expedite and present a thorough breakdown of all the input costs and planning needed to pursue an accessory dwelling unit. As a vertical organization, we’re able to provide this all turn-key and in house saving time and accelerating decisions.

  • 1. Gather + Submit Property files

    Gather any relevant property information available such as: plot plans, surveys, septic plans and if any documents are missing our team search for and assemble the necessary assets to complete the site review and engineering process that comes next.

  • 2. Site Review + Civil Engineering

    Our team collates all relevant documents and drawings to begin the site review and engineering consultation. This phase demonstrates the multiple costs associated with site work, utilities, unit placements and other factors to consider in the pre-construction phase.

  • 3. Pre Construction Plans + Renderings

    Receive a detailed cost analysis that covers all pre-construction costs, steps, necessary milestones and permitting requirements to better understand scope and costs associated with desired scale of the project. Once approved for construction fees are credited.
